Lip Pencil – Whirl: Use before applying lipstick to define the Cupid’s bow and outline lips - this provides longer-lasting colour. For a fuller effect, trace slightly outside the natural lip line using a shade deeper than your lipstick, then blend inward with a brush for a gradient finish.
